HOW TO USE
Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean and free from dust, dirt and grease AT LEAST ONE SURFACE SHOULD BE POROUS.
Remove all paint from areas to be bonded.
Remove tip of cartridge with a sharp knife and cut the nozzle supplied to the required bead width.
Place the cartridge in a skeleton gun.
Moisten all areas to be bonded before applying adhesive.
WET BONDING METHOD - recommended for heavy items - apply a zig-zag bead of Polycell Strong Hold along the length of item.
Press item firmly into position applying even pressure to whole surface. (temporary fixing or clamping may be necessary on unsupported or large items).
Allow to dry for 24 hours before removing temporary supports.
CONTACT BONDING METHOD - recommended for lightweight items - follow step 6 and then press firmly into place.
Pull the surface apart IMMEDIATELY press into place again.
Within 48-72 hours full bond strength will be achieved.
Tools required
Damp cloth, possible supports ( clamps, nails etc.)
Storage
Store In A Cool Dry Place.
Cautions
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
