£100 PRIZE DRAW/FINE SURFACE POLYFILLA AND NO SANDING POLYFILLA QUESTIONNAIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. One £100 cheque to be won.
2. Simply fill in your details and answer the questionnaire then send your fully completed questionnaire to the FREEPOST address detailed on page 2 of the leaflet.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter this draw.
4. The promotion runs from 30th November 2005 to 31st March 2006.
5. All entries must be received by 5pm on 31st March 2006.
6. Entry forms also available from Polycell by enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
7. 1 entry will be drawn at random from all the entries received.
8. The draw will be made by an independent person and take place on 2nd May 2006 and the winner will be notified by 12th May 2006.
9. The winner will receive their cheque no later than 31st May 2006.
10. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable future publicity relating to the Promotion.
11. Draw open to UK residents aged 18 or above, except employees of the Imperial Chemical Industries PLC group of companies, their families, or agents, distributors or any other person connected with this Promotion.
12. By entering this free Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
14. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are illegible, lost or damaged.
15. No photocopies will be accepted.
16. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
17. In the event of any dispute, the Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Only one entry per household.
19. Data Protection: The Promoter is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected for this Promotion will be used by ICI Paints and its subsidiaries only and will not be passed onto third parties for marketing or any other purposes other than to Quest Analysis for the purposes of this Promotion and the prize draw.
20. Imperial Chemical Industries PLC has notified the Information Commissioner that is a data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998.
21. From time to time ICI Paints wish to send you further information regarding our products and services. You have the right to change your details held by us or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Polycell at the Promoter's address.
22. ICI Paints reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
23. The name and county of the winner will be available after 2nd May until 31st May 2006 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the FREEPOST address detailed on page 2 of this leaflet.
