Step by step process

    Cover furniture and carpets, and keep windows and doors fully open to ensure good ventilation during the application and drying processes.

    Use a brush or flat bladed tool to apply a generous 1mm thick layer of Polycell Less Mess Paint Stripper to the wood.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Leave it to dry for around 6 hours it will begin to form a crust which when fully dry the crust can be easily removed with a stiff brush or stripping knife. Paint residues will fall away easily with the crust, leaving the surface paint-free.

    The surface can then be cleaned with water or white spirit, and the waste can be vacuumed or swept-up ready for safe disposal.
