Step by step process

    Protect all furniture, flooring and surrounding areas, and ensure use of protection eyewear and gloves.

    First remove any loose or flaking paint by smoothing down with sand paper.

    Then apply Polycell Liquid Sanding with a brush or cloth using a firm, circular motion.

    Ensure the whole area to be repainted is covered evenly then wipe off with a damp cloth.

    Next, use Polycell Fine Surface Polyfilla to fill the gaps.

    Smooth to an even finish with the knife.

    Allow to dry, give a light sanding and you've a perfect surface that's already keyed and ready to paint over with your choice of gloss paint.
